Jayanthi Bunyan, Soprano, has performed opera, choral music, solo literature, and improvisation around the United States and India. Although particularly drawn to contemporary American composers, she enjoys many genres including classical, musical theater, jazz, and creative music. In the classroom, Jayanthi uses her performance skills during "Listening Time," when she sings children stories and songs. Most recently, she has collaborated with jazz musicians in India and a dance troop in the US.
